About Us
Who We Are
Located in Hoytsville, Utah at an elevation of 5,800 feet and Oakley, at 6,500 ft., Ranui Gardens specializes in "most of the year" gourmet salad greens. We also grow garlic, root vegetables, herbs, tomatoes and other “hot crops”, as well as cut flowers. We use innovative but simple techniques to produce crops in our challenging high-mountain desert climate. Our frost free period during the summer averages 65 days and we have been known to freeze every month of the year.
